The essentials, briefly
How many devices can I connect?
2 at the same time — a phone and a laptop, say. Each device has its own key, so they don't get in each other's way.
Will Russian banks and Gosuslugi work?
Yes. Russian sites go direct, bypassing the tunnel, so banks, Gosuslugi, marketplaces and Yandex see you as usual.
What if it won't connect?
First take the key for another location. If that doesn't help, try a fallback channel from the subscription (step by step in the setup guide). Still nothing? Message support and we'll sort it out.
Will ads disappear everywhere?
On websites and in most apps — yes, ad networks are cut off on the server. In the YouTube app — no: its ads come from the same servers as the video, so they can't be removed without breaking the video.
What data do you keep?
Your email, subscription status and connection addresses — the latter only to enforce the device limit, and for no longer than 30 days. We keep no log of the sites you visit. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Via SBP through our payment partner or by bank transfer. Renewing adds days to what you have left. If the service doesn't work for you and support can't help, write to us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund the unused time.
