What to include in your message
To help us sort it out faster, tell us right away:
- the email address your account is registered to;
- which app you use and on what device;
- which configuration you picked in the app;
- what exactly happens: it won't connect, it connects but no data flows, or the speed is low.
Payment and refunds
Questions about days being credited, duplicate charges and refunds go through the same contacts. Refund terms are set out in section 4 of the terms of service.
If the payment went through but no days were added, write to us with the date, the amount and the last digits of the card or the transfer ID.
